Absolutely none. It is nothing but artificial Sun’s Ray’s. Sun has many rays. Some of them which scientists have discovered are useful very much for human beings, they are UV-A, UV-B, UV-C. Amongst these the most useful is UV-C (UV- Ultra Violet) rays.

They have used the word “RADIATION” which is very much in the Sun’s rays. It is not like X-Ray, Gamma radiation etc….. UV-A & UV-B are not the least harmful but they don’t kill any Virus, Bacterias & other Pathogens either.

UV-C Radiation is used to kill Virus, Bacteria & many Pathogens in operation theatres in Hospitals etc. This is in use since almost 100 years.

The UV-C Radiation will harm only if someone continues to stare at it for 8 hrs So don’t Worry about such a situation.

Only thing is that as an abundant caution scientists have warned. It is like fire. If you Touch fire or play with it, doesn’t it harm you? The same way UV-C Radiation also behaves.

Even in our Sun ray’s UV-C exists but due to ozone layer in the atmosphere it is not able to reach the surface of the earth. That’s a blessing in disguise for us. Hope you have understood & convinced.

Any packed article can be “Disinfected” by using UV-C Radiation. Whatever is the size of the packet that can get inside the cabinet can be disinfected but must have clear space between them.

As explained earlier unless one goes into a room where UV-C disinfection is going on & remains for 1 or 2 hrs, it will not have any effect.

Since it is the artificial sunlight it has no environmental effect. As a matter of fact it is very eco-friendly. Example, when chemicals are used they damage the environments in addition, their by-products have severe effect on the environment. There is no such physical thing to cause adverse reaction.

Further, you save water, as you don’t have to wash with water. All that you need is to wipe with a cloth or tissue & put them in the cabinet etc….
